Commercial Licensing & Subscription Terms

01. 3-Day Evaluation Period & Activation

Every new installation of Sniper.AI Pro on an unactivated workstation is eligible for an automatic 3-day (72-hour) full-feature trial.

• Zero Financial Commitment: No credit card, deposit, or pre-authorization is required to initiate the trial.
• Feature Completeness: The trial includes unrestricted access to radar capture, filtering engines, local opportunity records, and export sinks.
• Post-Trial Continuity: When the 72-hour period concludes, real-time ingestion pauses until a commercial license key is provisioned. Existing local records remain 100% accessible and can be exported at any time.

02. Workstation Seat Allocation & Hardware ID Policy

A standard Sniper.AI Pro commercial license authorizes one (1) concurrent physical 64-bit Windows workstation ("Workstation Seat").

• Cryptographic Binding: Activation binds the commercial license key to the host machine's installation identifier.
• Hardware Upgrade Policy: If a workstation is replaced or upgraded, customers with an active commercial subscription may request a hardware re-binding at no additional charge by emailing hello@ramaaya.com from their registered enterprise email address.
• Concurrency Restrictions: Running the same single-seat license key across multiple machines simultaneously is prohibited and will result in temporary suspension of the license token.

03. Invoicing, Taxes & Payment Processing

All listed commercial prices are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable Goods & Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly noted on the commercial quotation.

• Corporate Invoicing: Formal GST-compliant tax invoices with your company's GSTIN and state code are issued upon payment confirmation.
• Payment Methods: Commercial licenses can be settled via UPI, Net Banking, NEFT/RTGS wire transfer, or corporate cards through our authorized payment processing rails.
• Advance Settlement: Subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected billing cycle (1, 3, 6, or 12 months).

04. Renewals, Cancellation & Refund Policy

To give enterprise customers complete control, Sniper.AI Pro commercial subscriptions do not auto-debit corporate accounts without consent.

• Manual or Explicit Renewal: Renewal notices are transmitted electronically 7 days prior to term expiration. Customers may renew by settling the renewal invoice.
• Cancellation: Customers may choose not to renew at the end of any billing period with zero cancellation penalties or exit fees.
• Refund Policy: Because Sniper.AI Pro provides an unrestricted, 3-day full-feature trial prior to purchase, commercial subscription fees once settled are non-refundable after license key activation, except where required by applicable statutory consumer protection law.

05. Enterprise Fleet Operations & Custom Contracts

Enterprises deploying across 5 or more workstations can request custom Fleet Licensing:

• Centralized multi-seat license keys with pooled seat allocation.
• Dedicated Technical Liaison and SLA-backed engineering escalation.
• Custom integration assistance for internal ERP, CRM, and webhook dispatch listeners.
• Offline activation license keys for isolated enterprise environments where available.

06. Relationship to the EULA

These Commercial Licensing Terms govern billing and commercial subscriptions. The installation, intellectual property, technical constraints, permitted use, and liability terms governing the software itself are set forth in the End User License Agreement (EULA). In the event of an unavoidable conflict between these documents, the EULA shall govern matters of software installation and intellectual property, while these terms govern pricing and billing.
